A60/80 rig for repair and completion of oil and gas wells, rotary and downhole motors drilling.

Rig mechanisms are mounted on BAZ-695071 or KrAZ-63221.0000044 all-wheel drive chassis .

Conditional depth of well during repair and completion is 4000 meters (drilling is carried out by 14 kg/m tubing ).

Conditional depth of well drilling is 2000 meters (drilling is carried out by 24 kg/m tubing ).

Design characteristics:

• single-drum drawworks or double-drum drawworks with disk pneumatic clutches, that allow to change one range of speed to another one while auxiliary compressor is not required;
• drilling drum with Lebus' grooves that provide even wireline winding;
• extension of upper section by hydraulically driven drawworks;
• hydraulically driven drawworks for auxiliary work;
• oil-filled chain transmission of drawworks drive;
• hydraulic thrusters (outriggers) of both-way action;
• unit completion takes into account unit designation and work technological characteristics.
