URB-3A3 mobile drilling rigs are intended for rotary structure drilling of oil and gas wells; water supply wells in agriculture and industry, dewatering wells with direct bottom flushing in ! soft and medium-hard rocks.
Drilling rigs are the version of unified self-propelled drilling rigs of BA15 type.

Basic equipment of URB-3A3.02 drilling rig:

• hoisting tackle mounted on MAZ-5337 chassis includes YAMZ-236 independent deck diesel motor without gear-box, R410 rotary table, double-drum winch, 18,6 m mast with racking board, NB-50 mud pump, generator, swivel, manifold;
• hydraulic mixer, working station, kelly, drilling and pipe handling tools, setback.

URB-3A3.13 drilling rig is mounted on high vehicle flotation URAL-4320-1912-40 chassis and has the same design features as URB-3A3.02 drilling rig has, but it is distinguished by availability of YAMZ-236 independent deck diesel motor with gear-box, pneumatic system for easy management of drilling rig, hydraulic breaker.

Basic equipment of URB-3A3.05 drilling rig:

• hoisting tackle mounted on OZTP-8470 trailer includes YAMZ-236 independent deck diesel motor without gear-box, R410 rotary table, double-drum winch, 18,6 m mast with racking board, NB-50 mud pump, generator, swivel, manifold;
• hydraulic mixer, working station, kelly, drilling and pipe handling tools, setback.

Basic equipment of URB-3A3.051 drilling rig:

• hoisting tackle mounted on OZTP-8470 trailer includes YAMZ-238 independent deck diesel motor with gear-box, RK410 rotary table-wrench, double-drum winch, 18,6 m mast with racking board, two NB-50 mud pumps, generator, hydraulic breaker, swivel, manifold;
• hydraulic mixer, working station, kelly, drilling and pipe handling tools, setback.

At customer’s demand all URB-3A3 rigs can be extra equipped by:

• NP15A pump-power unit with NB-125 pump mounted on MAZ-8925 trailer;
• by PK15B compressed-air unit mounted on MAZ-8925 trailer for well completion;
• PKE15 compressed-air-power unit (including compressor, generator, welding transformer) mounted on MAZ-8925 trailer for well completion, unit power supply, assurance of welding works;
• BA15-71assy tool block mounted on MAZ-8925 trailer for drill pipe transportation;
• 19,7 m height mast instead of 18,6 m;
• clay mixer instead of hydraulic breaker.

URB-3A3.02, URB-3A3.13, URB-3A3.05, URB-3A3.051 drilling rigs have the following features:

• pneumatic control of basic mechanisms (URB-3A3. 13, 05, 051) that increases efficiency and reduces operating lever force, and a manual duplication provides a high reliability of rig’s control;
• wide range of winch and rotor speeds allows to successfully execute well drilling mode selection;
• rig’s mechanization devices provide usability in operation and increase work safety, lighten auxiliary and repair works, reduce operating time.
