AR32/40M rig is designed for repair and completion of oil and gas wells, drilling by rotors and bottomhole motors.

Rig mechanisms are mounted on Ural-4320-1916-40I or KrAZ-63221.0000020 chassis.

Conditional depth of well during repair and completion is 2000 meters (drilling is carried out by tubing 14 kg/m).

Conditional depth of well drilling is 1000 meters (drilling is carried out by tubing
24 kg/m).

Design characteristics:

• single-section or double-section inclined winch with opened front edge;
• operator cabin is placed between winch and mast;
• winch with Lebus's tracks on drum, with single-sheaved brake, with brake blocks from stationary drilling rigs;
• cardan gear of rotary table;
• hydraulic thrusters (outriggers) of both-way action;
• operator cabin heating;
• possibility of exploitation without installation of ground brace;
• rig completion takes into account unit designation and work technological characteristics.
