Order of production
AN-235x320 is intended for:
- workover and drilling operations;
- sidetracking (including horizontal wells) from the cased production wells;
- injection of different liquid technological media at well completion;
- washover and displacement operations in oil and gas wells.
Main features and advantages:
- application of diesel-hydraulic drive (torque converter WSK, 202 KPP gearbox);
- use of TMZ 8424 engine which has established a good reputation;
- use of pump with mounted single-reduction gear unit;
- use of automatic pump lubricating system;
- application of remote control from the driller’s console;
- installation of booster pump installation;
- istallation of manifold with locking throttling device;
- a compressor chamber with a screw compressor, an air drier and a receiver are provided in one pumping unit;
- the system of engine and high pressure pump automatic warning alarm is introduced;
- a separated system of cooling of both torque converter and internal combustion engine is used which is essential at emergency operation.
