Used as a part of mobile drilling complexes with drilling rigs of 80-160 tons load capacity (450, 550 hp).

Main features and advantages:

Applied TMZ 8424.10-031 power unit facilitates attendance and unifies change of component parts.
Separated systems of cooling of torque converter, gearbox and engine extend working behavior of power unit including work on low turn.
Torque converter provides “smooth” start of pump and protects transmission from overload. 5-staged gearbox permits to extend pump working behavior on liners of determined diameter.
Protection of power unit is provided by warning protection system.
Three-piston mud pump with inbuilt mounted reducer gearbox with herring-bone gear and short stroke (160 mm) provides more effective work of telemetry.
High pressure pump is equipped by autonomous liner washing and lubricating systems.
Using of bimetallic liners accelerates speed of penetration and increases overhaul period.
Engine and mud pump start heating systems are used for initiation in cold weather.
There is a separate compressor chamber with a screw compressor, a receiver and an air drier.
Fuel tank of 600 liters volume provides trouble-free operation of engine during working shift.
Tackle system of 650 kg load capacity provides operative equipment demounting inside the unit body.
Throttle valve and protection valve are installed inside the unit body for service ability.
Booster pump with electric motor is installed inside the unit body and provides autonomy and mobility of the unit.
